Mini Mince Pie* ** - Traditional fruit mince pie made with apple, dark and golden raisins, currants and a generous sprinkling of Christmas spice, brandy and rum, wrapped in our sweet pastry, topped with festive pastry stars and a generous dusting of icing sugar.
Mini Tropical Christmas Loaf* - A citrusy dark brown sugar cake baked with bananas, chopped dates, raisins, crystallised ginger pieces, candied orange peel, and walnuts, brushed with orange syrup, drizzled with an orange glaze and decorated with gingerbread stars, rosemary springs, toffee shards, candied orange slices and sugared cranberries.
Mini Dark Chocolate Chestnut Caramel Tart* - Dark Chocolate shortbread pastry filled with a crunchy milk chocolate-caramel feuilletine base layered with a light chestnut cream filling and rich dark chocolate truffle fudge, finished with hand decorated gingerbread stars, rosemary springs, toffee shards and sugared cranberries.
Contains gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts (marked by *) and alcohol (marked by **) in some flavours.
Our mince pies are best consumed on the day of delivery. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. If kept for more than a day, we recommend storing them in an airtight container in the fridge and reheating them in the oven (or oven toaster) for a short while, until the pastry is crisp, before consuming.
Our loaf cakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the loaf cakes are butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
Our tarts should be refrigerated and can only be kept for 1 to 2 days from the day of delivery; although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.
