Lemon Ginger Baked Cheesecake

Inspired by a recipe from a real Mum, this baked lemon sour cream cheesecake is made with a ginger cookie crust, decorated with ginger cookie pieces around the rim, and finished with a crescent of lemon zest, candied lemon peel, crystallised ginger, cookie crumbs and edible flowers.
This recipe was developed together with Mum June – whose recipe was nominated by a dear friend who missed the days she'd bake everything from cheesecakes to cookies before becoming a mother of two – and built upon by our bakers at the PV Kitchen.
This cake can be customised with a hand-piped message on the cake; you will be able to indicate your desired message before adding this item to your cart. We are able to provide candles with your cake order; please indicate the quantity and size at check out. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.
Size Guide
Each 6" cheesecake yields 6 to 8 slices, while each 9" cheesecake yields 8 to 12 slices and is perfect for sharing.

Our cheesecakes should be kept refrigerated and can be kept for 3-4 days.
