- Strawberry Basil – Tangy red strawberries rounded off with the mellow tones of a basil infusion.
- Spiced Pear – The musky fragrance of Williams pear complemented with the woody accents of cinnamon, cloves and star anise.
- Dark Chocolate Mint Sorbet – Created specially for us, this vegan-friendly, dairy-free sorbet is inspired by our Christmas cupcake special this year, the Dark Chocolate Rum Mint.

Our Neapolitan Baked Alaska weighs approximately 1.5kg and serves 8 to 10 pax.
Care & Allergens
Please store the baked alaska in the freezer immediately after you receive it for at least 30-45 minutes, prior to serving. If the baked alaska had been left out for a while, please keep it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before enjoying it.
Before serving, transfer cake from freezer to fridge for 5 minutes. Dip a metal knife in hot water and dry it before slicing. Best consumed within 3 days.
