This set, which serves a party of 6 people, includes:

  • 1 Pork Belly with Chorizo Stuffing (1.3kg), lightly seasoned with herbs and spices
  • Your choice of 1 Plain Vanilla Dessert: Dark Chocolate Gianduja Log Cake (800g) or Tropical Christmas Loaf

Pork Belly with Chorizo Stuffing (1.3kg) Ingredients: Pork, chorizo stuffing, red wine, nitrite salt, spices

Choice of Dessert:
Dark Chocolate Gianduja Log Cake (800g) – Dark chocolate genoise brushed with cocoa syrup, filled with hazelnut praline whipped cream and chopped candied hazelnuts, covered in a dark chocolate ganache and decorated with meringue mushrooms, a hazelnut trail, fondant pinecones and rosemary springs. Serves 8 to 12 pax; contains gluten, dairy and eggs.

Tropical Christmas Loaf – A citrusy dark brown sugar cake baked with bananas, chopped dates, raisins, crystallised ginger pieces, candied orange peel and walnuts, brushed with orange syrup, drizzled with an orange glaze and decorated with a festive mix of pomegranate, rosemary sprigs, candied orange peel and hand-decorated gingerbread cookies. Measures 10" by 4" loaf cake and yields 6 to 10 slices; contains gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.

    Care & Instructions

    Pork Belly with Chorizo Stuffing
    Best kept chilled at 0°C - 4°C. Do not freeze. Consume within 3 days after collection.

    Reheating Instructions
    This can be served chilled. To reheat,
    1. Remove vacuum bag before reheating and place on baking tray
    2. Preheat your oven to 150°C - 160°C.
    3. Roast the Pork Belly on the oven for 20 - 25 mins at 150°C - 160°C

    Plain Vanilla Dessert
    Our log cakes should be kept refrigerated and can be kept for 4-5 days.
    Our loaf cakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the loaf cakes are butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
