A butter pastry base folded to encase a filling of whole apricots sprinkled with chopped pistachios.
Care & Allergens
Our galettes are best consumed on the day of delivery. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. If kept for more than a day, we recommend storing them in an airtight container in the fridge and reheating them in the oven (or oven toaster) for a short while, until the pastry is crisp, before consuming.
