After-Hours at PV: Dinner with Chef BK
This is a reservation-only, à la carte dinner. Book a seat by 12 noon on 23 October, or while seats last. The $30 reservation fee paid now will be offset against your final bill at the event.
Join us on Friday October 25 for an intimate dining experience in our Neil Road home, as we host the finale of The Guest Chefs Series.
Our third and final guest chef is BK, Le Cordon Bleu-trained and chef-owner of Paraphrase, a relaxed 8-seater known for its adventurous charcoal-grilled creations. BK's cooking is marked by his daring experimentation of global cuisine and a quest to serve lesser-explored flavours that leave an impression.
For the first time in After-Hours history, Chef BK will present an à la carte menu of sharing plates – celebrated dishes from around the world, from Aloo Gobi to Scallop Risotto, Short Rib to Tokyo Banana, revisiting his private dining beginnings for one last encore.
To book a seat, simply checkout with your preferred time slot – separately from other products. This purchase is for a reservation at the dinner event above. A reservation fee of $30++ is payable upon booking, and will be used to off-set your total bill at the dinner.

In 2021, BK also welcomed private diners to his Prinsep apartment with ever-evolving, seasonal menus fuelled by his imaginative approach to food.
About The Series
Happening a Friday a month from August to October, we welcome three private dining chefs – for the first time – to the cosy space of our Neil Road home for a series of intimate dinners. From elevated classics to modern vegetarian dishes, our guest chefs share a love for feeding others, interacting with guests and expressing their distinct perspectives through food.
Join us and each guest chef as they take us on a gastronomical journey of cross-continent flavours with a menu that they have specially curated for these evenings.
