After-Hours at PV: Dinner with Chef Shalu Asnani

$68

Join us for an intimate, semi-private dining experience in our Neil Road home, as we host the next chapter of The Guest Chefs Series.

The second of our guests is Shalu Asnani. Chef-owner of cooking studio and food consultancy Little Green Kitchen, she has spent the last 12 years leading the crusade for more conscious eating through reimagining menus for restaurants, conducting plant-based cooking masterclasses and hosting private dinners for distinguished guests including Dr. Jane Goodall.

In this one-night-only seating, Chef Shalu will present a four-course modern vegan menu of moreish, clean-eating creations you won't quite find anywhere else—each dish a testament to the decadence and depth of flavours that emerge when plant-based ingredients are explored in big, bold and unexpected ways, satisfying (and surprising) the seasoned vegan and food-curious carnivore alike.

To reserve a spot, simply checkout with your preferred time slot – separately from other products.

About The Chef

A former legal eagle that turned her passion for plant-based, down-to-earth good food into a culinary career, Shalu now runs cooking studio and food consultancy Little Green Kitchen. She holds a prestigious diploma from Cordon Vert, the U.K.’s leading vegetarian culinary school, a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, has worked with celebrity chef Bobby Chinn and cooked for Dr. Jane Goodall. Her expertise in Asian cuisine has had her featured in the Lonely Planet and earned her TripAdvisor's Traveller's Choice Award. Her corporate clients and partners include the Humane Society International, Pfizer and Kenwood.

Combining the secret family recipes gained from the kitchens of her childhood and her modern take on plant-based cuisine, Shalu is known for luscious vegan food boasting bold flavours with a creative clean eating twist.

About The Series

Happening a Friday a month from August to October, we welcome three private dining chefs – for the first time – to the cosy space of our Neil Road home for a series of intimate full-course dinners. From elevated classics to modern vegetarian dishes, our guest chefs share a love for feeding others, interacting with guests and expressing their distinct perspectives through food.
