Basque Cheesecake

This Cake Special of the month is available from 22 September 2023 onwards.

Basque-style cheesecake made with a blend of three cheeses, with gently caramelised top and sides and a creamy, soft centre.

We are able to provide candles with your cake order; please indicate the quantity and size at check out. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Do note that our Celebration Cakes are made to order, and we will only pack and prepare your order as soon as we receive it. Preparation time may take between 2 to 3 hours. Once the order is ready, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you and it may take an additional 1.5 to 2 hours to reach you, depending on your delivery location and the availability of delivery drivers. As a guide, you can expect to receive your order between 3.5 to 5 hours from the time it is placed (or 1pm at the earliest, if you placed your order before 9am). Thank you for your patience!

Size Guide

This cake is available as a 6” (750g) round cake, yielding 6 to 8 standard slices.

Care & Allergens

This cheesecake is made with dairy, and, for optimal taste and shelf life, should be stored in the fridge at all times. It may be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled, depending on your preference for cake texture.
