This box of four viennoiseries can be customised with your personal favourites from our range of eight flavours.
Select from the following pastries:
Butter Crossiant – A buttery, flaky pastry made using traditional yeast-leavened laminated dough, French butter and a touch of honey.
Chocolatine – Traditional croissant dough encasing dark chocolate batons.
Almond Bear Claw* – Traditional croissant dough encasing an almond frangipane filling made from pure almond paste, finished with almond flakes and a generous dusting of icing sugar.
Raspberry Almond Danish* – Traditional croissant dough with an almond frangipane filling baked with fresh raspberries and finished with a dusting of icing sugar.
Ham & Cheese Danish – Inspired by the ham and cheese croissant, this danish is made with a croissant base and layered with thyme bechamel, brie cheese and paprika lyoner ham.
Pork Fennel Sage Sausage Roll – Housemade pork, fennel and sage sausage filling encased in butter-enriched puff pastry.
Beef Pie** – Slow-cooked beef stew made in a red wine sauce with carrots, mushroom and onions encased in butter-enriched puff pastry.
Portobello Mushroom & Stilton Flatbread – Focaccia flatbread baked with roasted portobello mushrooms, stilton cheese, pine nuts and a touch of honey.

Our viennoiseries are best consumed on the day of delivery as the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The sweets can be enjoyed at room temperature or toasted, while we recommend the savouries to be heated in the toaster oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
