Cocoa genoise sponge layers filled with pistachio pastry cream, pistachio feuilletine crunch, and a raspberry confit and finished with a whipped dark chocolate ganache buttercream, chopped pistachios, fresh raspberries and dried rose petals.

Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message that will be piped on a white sugar plaque topper.

We are able to provide candles with your cake order; please indicate the quantity and size at check out. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Your cake box will come specially tied with navy satin ribbons and a "Roses are red, Violets are blue" gift tag.
