    Flavours

      Burnt Caramel Hojicha cupcake - Hojicha cake with a burnt caramel whipped cream centre, topped with a hojicha-burnt caramel swirl buttercream frosting, chocolate caramel balls and a piece of house-made burnt caramel-dipped hojicha shortbread.

      Yuzu Oolong cupcake - Oolong cake with a whipped yuzu ganache centre, topped with yuzu Swiss Meringue buttercream and topped with a yuzu oolong cookie

      Swiss Roll - Choose 1 of these flavours:

      • Mango Osmanthus - Osmanthus-infused chiffon cake filled with fresh mango and chantilly cream

      • Dark Chocolate Mandarin Orange - Dark chocolate chiffon cake filled with a Mandarin Orange compote and orange chantilly cream

      Mandarin Orange Pistachio Shortbread This citrusy, nutty shortbread is a refined take on the walnut cookie that is present in every respectable Chinese household over New Year. Made with pure ground pistachio, each bite brings a burst of bright orange aroma followed by the rich, creamy, buttery goodness of pistachio.

      Care 

      Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.

      Our chiffon swiss rolls are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2 to 3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As our chiffon swiss rolls contain fresh cream,, they are best stored in an airtight box in the fridge (0 - 4 degrees celsius).
