Flavours
Passionfruit Mint Meringue Cupcake – Mint cake with a passionfruit pulp and passionfruit curd centre, topped with a toasted mint Italian Meringue frosting, finished with a dollop of fresh passionfruit pulp and a mint leaf. Contains gluten, dairy, and eggs.
Salted Caramel Chocolate Cupcake – Dark chocolate cake filled with a salted caramel and dark chocolate fudge centre, topped with a whipped caramel-dark chocolate swirl frosting and finished with cacao nibs, salted caramel chips and a sprinkling of Maldon sea salt. Contains gluten, dairy, and eggs.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bundt – Dark chocolate banana cake baked with streaks of peanut butter and chocolate chips, finished with a dairy-free dark chocolate and peanut butter glaze and a sprinkling of sea salt. Contains gluten; vegan-friendly.
Care
Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exception is Passionfruit Mint Meringue, which should be consumed on the day of delivery as they contain fresh fruits.
As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
Our muffins can be kept 2-3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.
Our bundt cakes and cake truffles are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the tea cakes are butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
Our cheesecakes should be kept refrigerated and can be kept for 3-4 days.
The mini pavlova should be consumed on the day of delivery as they contain fresh fruits.
