Dark Chocolate Pistachio Raspberry Cake
Cocoa genoise sponge layers filled with pistachio pastry cream, pistachio feuilletine crunch, and a raspberry confit and finished with a whipped dark chocolate ganache buttercream, chopped pistachios, fresh raspberries and dried rose petals.

This layer cake is baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note this cake should be stored in the fridge until it is to be consumed and is best enjoyed chilled.
