General Ordering & Delivery
We accept orders for delivery both on the day of your order or in advance! We also offer self-collection as an option.
Due to the short lead time, the range of items available for Same-Day delivery is limited to the bakes, hot food items and beverages that are on offer at our stores daily. Made-to-order items, such as layer cakes, Say It With Flour boxes and mini bakes, will be available only for advance orders. For your convenience, items that are available only for ordering in advance will be labelled as so at Checkout or on any Search results.
There are also some differences in delivery fees, delivery timeframes and certain packaging options. For this reason, items available for delivery under our Same-Day range cannot be purchased together with items available under our Advance order selection.

Yes, they are. All the prices on our online Bakery are identical to the prices in our brick-and-mortar stores.
For Same-Day Order items: The majority of the Same-Day menu does not have a minimum quantity requirement and you are welcome to order as many or as few of each item as you wish. Do note, however, that some of our products are sold in sets (for example, a box of 6 or 12 cupcakes) and our shortbreads and gingersnaps are sold in 100g (as we sell them in store).
For Advance Order items: Most of our items are available only in sets (rather than by single pieces). This applies, for example, to our muffins and brownies, as we anticipate that most may be placing the order for an event or as a gift. However, these minimum order quantities have been deliberately kept low so that they would also be suitable for customers who may be ordering for enjoyment at home. Where a minimum order quantity is required, you will be able to find more information in the specific product description.
All orders will be dispatched from and fulfilled by the team at our central kitchen, located at 239 Pandan Loop, #02-01 Singapore 128425.
Yes we do! Self-collection is only available for Advance orders. To opt for self-collection, simply make the appropriate selections at Checkout. There are no charges for self-collection.

Yes, we deliver to most places in Singapore, although - as orders are dispatched from our central kitchen located at Pandan Loop, deliveries to further-flung locations may take a little longer. Please note that additional charges will apply to certain more remote locations as well as locations with restricted access. These include areas such as Changi, Jurong Island and Tuas.
We offer differing rates for Same-Day orders and Advance orders. The reason for this is that our Same-Day orders are fulfilled by a third party delivery vendor with a ready-fleet of vehicles that is able to facilitate delivery on the same-day at short notice. Advance orders, however, are delivered by our team of in-house delivery drivers. This allows us to optimise our routing for efficiency (so we can pass those operational cost savings on to you) and ensure that all made-to-order items (and more complex or large deliveries) are delivered with care and timeliness.
For both Same-Day and Advance orders, additional charges will apply for Remote Locations (+$5) or Restricted Locations (+$18); if you are ordering for delivery to a Remote or Restricted Location, please select the appropriate charges at Checkout. For a list of these locations, click here.
For Same-Day Orders: From 28 February 2023, same-day orders of $48 and above will be levied a reduced delivery fee of $9.50 (the discount will be automatically applied to your cart at check out), otherwise delivery costs a flat rate of $15 per location.
For Advance Orders: We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Delivery – This guarantees delivery between 9am and 6pm but not at any specific time. We charge a flat rate of $15 per location for Standard Delivery.
- Deadline Delivery – This guarantees delivery during a 1 hour time slot of your choice between 9am and 7pm. We charge $28 per location for Deadline Delivery.

Yes, you can! Simply make the appropriate selections at Checkout to indicate that you would like for your order to be a contactless delivery. However, do make sure that we will be able to access your doorstep so we can leave your order in a safe place.
Sure! If you have placed an Advance Order, just make sure to indicate at Checkout that you would like for us not to annotate your order and we can exclude your name and contact details from the delivery slip.
For Same-Day Orders, the sender's details will not appear anywhere in the order slip so unless you have indicated your name in the gift tag message, your identity will be kept a secret.
For your convenience, we accept a variety of local payment options. We welcome most major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and are able to take payment via digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and ShopPay. Alternatively you may also make payment via PayPal Express Checkout.

Since 2011, we have been committed to using the best ingredients in our kitchens. Whilst our commitment remains unchanged, ingredient costs have not - rising raw material costs have now made it challenging for us to maintain our prices.
From 5 July 2022, all listed prices online and in-store will be exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) and from 1 January 2023, you will find that some of our bakes and beverages may be priced differently so that we can continue serving a quality of which we are proud of. Accordingly, GST will be levied on your cart upon checkout.
From 28 February 2023, same-day orders of $48 and above will also be levied a delivery fee of $9.50 in an effort to manage the rising logistics costs of third party delivery partners while keeping our delivery rates competitive.

If you have made a mistake in keying in some or part of your order, billing or delivery details, do reach out to us with your order number and information on the order details to be corrected and we will make every effort to assist.

For Advance Orders: Please send us an email at email@example.com. You may also give our Ordering Team a ring at +65 6465 5942 during our office hours of 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. If the Ordering Team has any queries with regards to your order or if we have spotted any errors in the details provided, we will make every effort to contact you for the correct information; however, if we do not hear back from you in good time, your order will be delayed until it can be fully processed. For this reason, it is also important that you provide us with a valid phone number and email address so we can reach out to you if necessary.
For Same-Day Orders: Once the team receives your order, an email notification will be sent to you when your order is in being prepared. A second email will be sent to you once your order is en route to the delivery address, which will include a tracking link for you to track the progress of the delivery. No further emails will be sent thereafter. If you have arranged for delivery to a recipient other than yourself and would like confirmation on the order completion, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 9234 8474.
For Advance Orders: Our in-house delivery team will trigger an email notification to be sent to you as soon as they set off for the delivery of your order. The email will include a tracking link in order for you to track the progress of the delivery. Upon completion of the delivery, a second email will then be sent to you informing you that the delivery has been a success and attaching a copy of the proof of the delivery, duly signed by the recipient.
Do note that if our drivers or the third-party delivery vendors encounter any challenges with completing your delivery, they may reach out to you (or the recipient) directly on the day of delivery for further instructions.
Due to the volume of deliveries we complete daily, we usually extend a 15-minute grace period for recipients to accept their deliveries. In the event that the recipients are not home, and we are unable to reach them for instructions to leave the order at the delivery address, the order will be returned to our Central Kitchen at Pandan Loop. While we do our best to accommodate redelivery of such failed deliveries later in the day, this is ultimately subject to availability in our delivery schedule; additional delivery fees will apply for redelivery. If you are placing an order as a gift for a friend, we recommend giving the recipient a heads up about the delivery to ensure they can be present at the delivery location to receive the order.

If you are attempting to reach us after-hours (7pm), you may wish to send us a WhatsApp message to the aforementioned contact number or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond as soon as we can.
You can place your order via our online Bakery at any time of the day, however, we will only be able to dispatch orders during the hours of 9.30am to 6.30pm daily. Last orders are at 6:00pm for dispatch by 6:30pm, and any orders received after 6pm will be processed the next day.
Most of our bakes items are available until sold out, however, do note that some of the items from our dine-in menu are available on at certain times in the day. This will be indicated in the description section of each product.
We will pack and prepare your order as soon as we receive it. As all kitchen and coffee orders are made to order, it may take 1 to 2.5 hours for your order to reach you, depending on your delivery location. During peak hours, this may take up to 3 hours (due to availability of drivers), but we will always endeavour to have your order dispatched within 90 minutes from the time of order.
If you require your order sooner, we would recommend opting for self-collection when placing your order and arranging for your own pick up. Self-collection orders can be ready from 30 to 45 minutes from the time you place the order. We will also send you an email informing you that your order is ready for collection once it has been prepared.
Yes! You will be able to place a Same-Day order for whole cakes from the range of tea cakes available on our online Bakery. You may take a look at the options available here.
We also sell cakes and loafs by the slice daily in our stores – if you’re early enough, you may be able to get the entire cake or loaf, albeit sliced.
We update our bake inventory at 6.30pm (after last orders) for the next day. To avoid disappointment, we recommend checking our website after 7pm on the day before you would like your order delivered. We do receive orders overnight which may cause some of our bakes to go out of stock the night before.
We dispatch hot food items and hot drinks as a matter of priority, and will always book a direct trip to your delivery address if your order includes hot food or drink. We also ask that all our drivers bring an insulated food bag to ensure your order stays warm. Having said that, there are some items on our menu that would taste best when served hot. We would advise against ordering these products if you live a distance away, and you can find our recommendations in the respective product descriptions.
If you have placed an order after our fulfilment hours, our team will only be able to process your order on the following day. If you would like to cancel your order, you can send us a WhatsApp message on +65 9234 8474 with your order number and we will process a refund for you as soon as we can.
You can place your order via our online Bakery at any time of the day. However, we require a minimum of two days’ notice to process your order in good time. Our order cut-off time for advance orders is at 2pm SGT daily. The earliest Order Fulfilment Dates will be as follows:
For orders placed before 2pm Singapore Time (SGT) – earliest Order Fulfilment Date is the day after tomorrow.
For orders placed after 2pm Singapore Time (SGT) – earliest Order Fulfilment Date is two days after tomorrow.
We would recommend you place a Same-Day Order on our online Bakery instead. You can place your order for delivery anytime after 7pm the night before you require the order; we have a limited quantity of bakes available daily so you are encouraged to place your order as early as possible. Do note that customised orders such as our Say It With Flour boxes, whole cakes and mini bakes are not available for Same-Day ordering. However, we do offer gift tag options if you are planning to send a gift.
Once you have placed your order and made payment, you will receive a system-generated email with an Order Confirmation Reference. This is proof of your payment and indication that we have received your order.
Our Ordering Team will review and process your order within 2 working days, and may take up to 5 working days during peak periods. Do note that orders are processed in chronological order based on the order fulfilment dates. If you have placed an order to be fulfilled quite far ahead in the future, it may take longer for us to process your order. To ensure timely processing of your order, we recommend verifying the accuracy of your Billing and Delivery details before placing the order.
If there are no issues with your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a Sales Order number (beginning with 'SO') and an invoice. Subsequently, if you need help with your order, do quote the Sales Order number for us to assist you promptly.
Gifting, Corporate & Events Orders
Sure! We have baked many two and three tier cakes in the past – please send us an enquiry at email@example.com to help us understand what you have in mind.
Most of our layer cakes are frosted with buttercream and we generally do not cover our cakes in fondant. We are, however, able to offer simple customisation of cakes and cupcakes with 2D fondant toppers. Do drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may assist you accordingly.
Unfortunately not at the moment! We do, however, offer 12 cupcake flavours in our mainstay collection as well as a wide variety of Monthly Special cupcake flavours that we have created over the years. If you have a specific flavour in mind, drop us a line at email@example.com and we will do our best to make suggestions based on our existing repertoire of flavours.
Sure! We currently offer a volume discount for orders of 500 cupcakes or more. Do drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assess the details of your order and provide you with a detailed quote.
Yes! Drop us an email at email@example.com to let us know of your cupcake-liner preferences and we will make a note of this on your order. We will require you to drop off the cupcake liners at any of our stores at least four working days prior to your order date so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, we would be more than happy to help! Our bakery team and deli kitchen produce fresh batches of sweet bakes and savoury items daily. We would be happy to work with you to create a menu to suit your party size and event type; we offer a variety of options, from smaller bites to large sharing plates. We have included some care information in each of the product descriptions including information on how best to store your bakes if you have ordered a few extra pieces to enjoy over the next few days. Here is some general information you may find useful:
Cupcakes – Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of purchase for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture. The only exception is Strawberry White Chocolate, which should be consumed on the day of purchase as it contains fresh fruit in the centre. As most of our cupcakes are butter cake-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (e.g. an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight.
Cakes – It is best to keep your cake refrigerated. We recommend removing the cake from the fridge 2-3 hours before serving, to allow the cake to soften in texture.
If you have purchased bakes from us and do not plan to return home immediately, your cupcakes and bakes should keep well for 2 - 3 hours outdoors as long as it is not placed under direct heat. If you intend to explore the area around our stores, we would be glad to hold on to your bakes for you at our store until you are ready to head home!
Whilst we do not currently offer whole cakes for purchase in our stores, you will be able to place a Same-Day order for whole cakes from the range of tea cakes available on our online Bakery. You may take a look at the options available here.
We also sell cakes and loafs by the slice daily in our stores – if you’re early enough, you may get the entire cake or loaf, albeit sliced.
Our cupcakes are frosted with an American style buttercream, which is naturally more grainy and gritty in texture compared to most European buttercreams.
If you prefer a smoother buttercream on your cakes, we do from time-to-time use Swiss Meringue buttercream for some of our Monthly Special cupcakes. You will be able to find more information in the product description prior to placing your order on our website. Or, if you are at any of our stores, simply approach any of our friendly team members!
We are not a halal-certified establishment, and some of our baked goods contain alcohol (for example, our Dark Chocolate Rum Cherry Brownie, and some of our Monthly Special cupcake flavours). While we do not use gelatin or lard in any of our cupcakes, our Vanilla Bean cupcake and some other bakes contain pure vanilla extract, which has trace amounts of alcohol. It may also be helpful to note that we prepare our savoury food, which often contains pork as an ingredient, in the same kitchen as our baked goods.
Most of our cupcakes do not have nuts in them, and the only exceptions are Carrot and Chocolate Hazelnut. However, it may be helpful to note that we use peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts and hazelnuts in our kitchen. Our Monthly Cupcake Special flavours may also include nuts. This information will either be indicated in the product description for that item on our website, or listed as an allergen on the product label in our stores.
We use ingredients containing gluten and dairy in most of our bakes. The only gluten-free bake on our menu at the moment is the Flourless Chocolate Cake so we suggest opting for that if you have gluten allergies.
Unfortunately, we use eggs in almost all of our bakes. The only bake without eggs is our Chocolate Honeycomb Tart. It’s delicious!
Yes, we do! The following bakes do not contain milk (but do contain other dairy products such as butter):
- Carrot Cupcake
- Milk Chocolate Honeycomb Tart
- Salted Caramel Truffle Tart
- Lemon Cream Tart
- Raspberry Dark Chocolate Muffin
- Blueberry Lemon Muffin
- All brownies, shortbread, cookies and galettes
Unfortunately, we are unable to bake cupcakes that are less sweet as we don’t usually alter our recipes on request. However, as most of the sweetness is derived from the frosting, we recommend that you remove some frosting if you’d prefer a cupcake that is less sweet. Alternatively, our Dark Chocolate Ganache cupcake is a bittersweet option that might suit your palate.
Unfortunately, we do not bake diabetic-friendly cupcakes at the moment.
Our cupcake boxes can hold 2, 4, 6 or 12 cakes. If you purchase an odd-number of cupcakes, we will pack the last cupcake in a brown paper bag, as it is our store policy to ensure our boxes are filled full when packing orders.
If you would like your cupcakes to be packed into boxes for single cupcakes, we do offer a Kraft single cupcake boxes as an ideal packaging option for gifting. As our single cupcake boxes are not part of our standard packaging range, do note that they are available at a surcharge of $0.50 each; gift tags with twine or ribbon are also available at a small add-on surcharge.
Our bakes are packaged in our iconic Kraft boxes, usually in a best fit arrangement, or (for smaller orders) in brown doggie bags.
In a bid to be sustainable, we do not generally provide large carrier bags and would usually opt to tie your boxes together for you with twine. If you prefer to carry your boxes in a bag, you may wish to bring a large paper bag or reusable bag along with you when you collect your order, and we would be happy to pack the boxes into your bag for you. We also offer reusable cotton tote bags for purchase in store; these are the ideal size for most of our cupcake boxes and are available for $12, or $6 with any purchase of a box of six cupcakes.
We are able to provide candles upon request, but do not provide 'Happy Birthday' signs. We will, however, be happy to pipe a 'Happy Birthday' message on your cake at no extra charge (only applicable for cakes ordered in advance and not for same-day delivery).
We do not provide plastic knives – our cakes are best cut with a sharp, metal kitchen knife.

All our stores have seating available, although you may find it most convenient to dine-in at our larger stores which are located at Telok Ayer, Tiong Bahru and Neil Road. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are currently unable to accept private event bookings at our stores.

We offer free WiFi at all our stores for your convenience. The availability of power points will vary from store to store and we would recommend visiting our stores to check on the availability of tables located closer to the power points.
