Dark chocolate chiffon brushed with caramel syrup, filled with housemade salted caramel sauce, crushed caramel croustillant and salted caramel cremeux, covered in a dark chocolate fudge and decorated with caramel chocolate and dark chocolate shards.

Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message on a plaque. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Size Guide

Our log cakes are available in two sizes: 1.5kg (pictured) and 800g.

The 800gm log cake serves 4 to 5 pax, while the 1.5kg size serves 8 to 12 pax.

Our log cakes should be kept refrigerated and can be kept for 4-5 days.
