Flavours
Coconut Gula Melaka Cupcake - Coconut Pandan Cake with a Gula Melaka chantilly cream filling and gula melaka syrup, topped with a gula melaka frosting and a heap of crisp coconut flakes.
Milo Dinosaur Cupcake - Milo cake with a chocolate-Milo custard centre, topped with a Milo & condensed milk swirl frosting and a chocolate-Milo dinosaur cookie dusted with generous amounts of Milo powder.
Mini Chocolate Rice Cake - Chocolate rice-studded butter cake, with a mascarpone chantilly cream centre, frosted with whipped dark chocolate ganache and finished with a generous coating of chocolate rice.
Pandan Kaya Cookies - Buttery shortbread-like cookies made with coconut and pandan extract, and finished with a kaya glaze and toasted coconut flakes.
Care
Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exception is Strawberry White Chocolate which should be consumed on the day of delivery.
Our Mini Chocolate Rice Cake is best eaten at room temperature so the cake has a chance to soften in a way that is reminiscent of chiffon cake layers often used in old school cakes. Our layer cakes are baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note that as our whole cakes are refrigerated to set, they will need to be taken out of the fridge at least 1- 2 hours before consuming in order for it to come down to room temperature and soften in texture.
Our cookies can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature. We would recommend storing in the refrigerator if not consuming within the suggested timeframe.
