Chocolate rice-studded butter cake layers, with a mascarpone chantilly cream and whipped dark chocolate ganache filling, frosted with more whipped dark chocolate ganache and finished with a generous coating of chocolate rice.

Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message on a plaque by selecting the option available.

We are able to provide candles with your cake order; please indicate the quantity and size at check out. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

This cake is available as a 6” round cake.

The 6-inch yields 6 to 8 standard slices.

Care & Allergens

This cake is best eaten at room temperature so the cake has a chance to soften in a way that is reminiscent of chiffon cake layers often used in old school cakes.

Our layer cakes are baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note that as our whole cakes are refrigerated to set, they will need to be taken out of the fridge at least 1- 2 hours before consuming in order for it to come down to room temperature and soften in texture.
