Classic Pineapple Tarts

These baked-golden balls are a combination of what we believe make the perfect pineapple tart. The butter pastry is melt-in-your-mouth wonderful but the real star of this treat is the pineapple jam – made with fresh pineapples stirred slowly over a stove, the filling is part sour, part sweet with a hint of warm cinnamon.
Contains gluten, egg, dairy and wheat. May contain traces of nuts.
Volume
Each tin weighs approximately 310g, and contains approximately 14 pieces (will vary from tin to tin as each pineapple tart is handcut and of varying weight).
Shelf life
3 Months from date of production. Pineapple tarts must be stored in the fridge immediately on purchase in order to ensure optimal freshness. Our tarts taste best if consumed as soon as possible after purchase. The tarts may mould after 2 - 3 weeks in room temperature.
