Pineapple jam rolled with valrhona dark chocolate encased in a buttery, cocoa shortcrust, coated in a 73% dark chocolate glaze and finished with cacao nibs.

Contains gluten, egg, dairy and wheat. May contain traces of nuts.

Shelf life

3 Months from date of production. Pineapple tarts must be stored in the fridge immediately on purchase in order to ensure optimal freshness. Our tarts taste best if consumed as soon as possible after purchase. The tarts may mould after 2 - 3 weeks in room temperature.
