Christmas Fruit Cake - A citrusy dark brown sugar cake baked with candied orange citrus peel and raisins soaked in rum and brandy, brushed with rum and brandy, drizzled with an orange glaze and decorated with a festive mix of fresh and dried cranberries, rosemary sprigs, candied orange peel and hand-decorated gingerbread cookies.

Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Log Cake - Dark chocolate chiffon brushed with caramel syrup, filled with housemade salted caramel sauce, crushed caramel croustillant and salted caramel cremeux, covered in a dark chocolate fudge and decorated with caramel chocolate and dark chocolate shards.

Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Care and Allergens

Our Christmas Fruitcake is best consumed within 1 to 2 days of delivery for optimal taste. It can be kept for 3 to 4 days, although the longer it is kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the fruit cake is butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture. Contains gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and alcohol.

Our log cakes should be kept refrigerated and can be kept for 4-5 days. Contains gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.

Your fresh wreath will be delivered to you on a tray. On removing the wreath from the tray, give it a generous spritz of water to hydrate the fresh greens. Your wreath can be hung on a nail or hook. After displaying it, continue to spritz your wreath with water every few days. As fresh foliage ages, it is normal for its natural colours to fade and for its leaves to curl slightly. It is best to keep it out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources as these will cause the wreath to fade in colour and become fragile. The wreath will remain fresh for approximately 7 days with proper care and start to dry over time.
