Burnt Caramel Hojicha Cupcake - Hojicha cake with a burnt caramel whipped cream centre, topped with a hojicha-burnt caramel swirl buttercream frosting, chocolate caramel balls and a piece of house-made burnt caramel-dipped hojicha shortbread.
Honey Almond Orange Cupcake - Honey-almond cake baked with an orange swirl, filled with a centre of orange compote, topped with a light honey Swiss Meringue frosting and finished with a generous dollop of orange compote and a piece of honey almond brittle.
Pineapple Earl Grey Orange Chiffon Cake - Orange Earl Grey Chiffon cake topped with fresh pineapple compote, a bergamot orange glaze and finished with roasted pineapple flowers and gold dragees.
Matcha White Chocolate Cookie - Made with real Matcha, these cookies are a fragrant reminder of the warming tea. The white chocolate pieces in each cookie cut through the slightly bitter tea aroma and offer a welcomed sweetness with each bite. We love nibbling on these best with a mug of freshly brewed red date tea.
Rosemary Lemon “Mandarin Orange” Shortbread - Buttery shortbread rounds infused with rosemary and lemon zest, each baked with orange colouring, clove sticks and green royal icing leaves to resemble the classic fruit of the season, the Mandarin Orange.
Mandarin Orange Yuzu Viennese Cookie - A modern twist on the Lunar New Year classic butter cookies, these Viennese swirls are elevated with the zesty brightness of Mandarin orange and aromatic Kochi yuzu. Half-dipped in yuzu-infused white chocolate, each bite delivers a perfect balance of sweetness and tang.

Care
Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
For optimal taste, store our shortbread and cookies in an airtight container at room temperature and consume within a week.
Our chiffon cake is best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2 to 3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As our chiffon swiss rolls contain fresh compote, they are best stored in the fridge (0 - 4 degrees celsius).
