Offered for the pineapple tart fiend, this Pineapple Tarts Taster Box brings together the best of all worlds: our classic pineapple tarts, steeped in cinnamon and made with caramelised pineapple jam; its edgier counterpart with deep chocolatey notes; and the luxuriously celebratory and sweet notes of griottine cherries and kirsch.

Flavours

Classic - These baked-golden balls are a combination of what we believe make the perfect pineapple tart. The butter pastry is melt-in-your-mouth wonderful but the real star of this treat is the pineapple jam – made with fresh pineapples stirred slowly over a stove, the filling is part sour, part sweet with a hint of warm cinnamon.

Dark Cacao - Pineapple jam rolled with valrhona dark chocolate encased in a buttery, cocoa shortcrust, coated in a 73% dark chocolate glaze and finished with cacao nibs.

Griottine Cherry* - Pineapple jam with pieces of kirsch soaked griottine cherries, coated in a buttery shortcrust and a kirsch cherry glaze and finished with a gold leaf.

Shelf life

3 Months from date of production. Pineapple tarts must be stored in the fridge immediately on purchase in order to ensure optimal freshness. Our tarts taste best if consumed as soon as possible after purchase. The tarts may mould after 2 - 3 weeks in room temperature.
