Flavours

S’mores Cupcake - A graham cracker base beneath chocolate cake with a dark chocolate fudge centre, topped with toasted Marshmallow meringue frosting and a homemade honey graham cracker

Salted Ricotta Nutella Cupcake - Dark chocolate cake with a Ricotta cheesecake swirl, filled with salted ricotta and a generous dollop of Nutella, topped with a Nutella swirl cream cheese frosting and chocolate cake crumbs.

Mini Raspberry Funfetti Cake - Vanilla butter cake studded with rainbow sprinkles, filled with a raspberry compote, frosted with a vanilla Swiss meringue frosting and finished with rainbow sprinkles on the top and sides. 

Double Chocolate Sea Salt Cookies - Dark chocolate cookies made with Valrhona cocoa power, studded with 73% belgium dark chocolate chips and finished with a pinch of sea salt

Vanilla Bean Sable Cookies - Butter cookies made with Madagascan Vanilla Beans, hand cut and rolled in sugar to finish

Almond Earl Grey Cookies*  - Earl grey butter cookies with a nutty flavour from finely ground almond

Care

Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exceptions are Strawberry White Chocolate and Salted Ricotta Nutella which should be consumed on the day of delivery.

Our Mini Raspberry Funfetti Cake is best consumed on the day of delivery for optimal taste. It can be kept for 2-3 days stored in the fridge, although the longer it is kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. This cake is best eaten at room temperature so the cake has a chance to soften in a way that is reminiscent of chiffon cake layers often used in old school cakes.

Our cookies can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature. We would recommend storing in the refrigerator if not consuming within the suggested timeframe.
