Dark chocolate cake layers filled with a dark chocolate cremeux and praline feuilletine filling, frosted with a 73% chocolate truffle ganache and glazed with dark chocolate fudge glaze, finished with chocolate feuilletine bark.

Size Guide

This cake is available as a 4” (750g) and 6” (1.8kg) round cake.

The 4-inch yields 4 to 6 mini slices, and the 6-inch yields 6 to 8 standard slices.

This layer cake is baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note this cake should be stored in the fridge until it is to be consumed and is best enjoyed chilled.
