Hand-rolled spheres of pineapple tart jam—traditionally prepared over the stove with fresh pineapple, sugar, and cinnamon—are infused with notes of vibrant citrus, fragrant orange blossom, and a hint of dark rum before being baked in a buttery, orange-infused pastry. Each tart is an indulgent take on a cherished, traditional festive classic.

Contains gluten, alcohol, egg, dairy and wheat. May contain traces of nuts.

Volume

Each tin weighs approximately 340g, and contains approximately 14 pieces (will vary from tin to tin as each pineapple tart is handcut and of varying weight).

Shelf life

3 Months from date of production. Pineapple tarts must be stored in the fridge immediately on purchase in order to ensure optimal freshness. Our tarts taste best if consumed as soon as possible after purchase. The tarts may mould after 2 - 3 weeks in room temperature.
