Vanilla sponge brushed with a kumquat and mixed red berry jam and filled with whipped vanilla chantilly cream, frosted with a vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream infused with rum and Cointreau, and finished with roasted kumquat slices and fresh mixed berries.

Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message on a plaque. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Size Guide

Our log cakes are available in two sizes: 1kg (pictured) and 800g.

The 800gm log cake serves 4 to 5 pax, while the 1kg size serves 8 to 12 pax.

Care & Allergens

Our log cakes are best consumed within 2 days of delivery. They can be kept refrigerated for up to 4-5 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. 

Contains eggs, dairy, wheat (gluten) and alcohol.
