Our take on the classic British-style sausage roll - pork, bacon, fennel and apple, wrapped in savoy cabbage cased in a flaky buttery pastry. Served with a sweet apple compote and rich port sauce.

Care & Allergens

Our Sausage Roll is best enjoyed on the same day. Before consuming, we recommend heating in the oven at 180*C for 8 - 10 minutes. Insert a knife or skewer into the middle to ensure centre is hot. If kept for more than a day, keep in the chiller and consume within 2 days.

Keep the accompanying Apple Sauce and Port Sauce in the chiller. Heat in a microwave or a pot before consuming. Add a splash of water if reheating in a pot.
