As our Mini Dark Chocolate Pistachio Raspberry Cake is made to order, and we will only pack and prepare your order as soon as we receive it. Preparation time may take between 2 to 3 hours. Once the order is ready, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you and it may take an additional 1.5 to 2 hours to reach you, depending on your delivery location and the availability of delivery drivers. As a guide, you can expect to receive your order between 3.5 to 5 hours from the time it is placed (or 1pm at the earliest, if you placed your order before 9am). Thank you for your patience!

Dark Chocolate Pistachio Raspberry Cake - Cocoa genoise sponge layers filled with pistachio pastry cream, pistachio feuilletine crunch, and a raspberry confit and finished with a whipped dark chocolate ganache buttercream, chopped pistachios, fresh raspberries and dried rose petals.

Violet Lemon Cupcake - Lemon cake, filled with a centre of lemon curd, topped with a violet-scented buttercream and an edible fresh violet.

Raspberry Rose Cupcake - Rose cake with a raspberry whipped cream centre, topped with rose water buttercream and finished with a fresh raspberry and dried rose petals.

70% Dark Chocolate Sandwich Cookies -  Dark cocoa cookies with a 70% dark chocolate caramel ganache filling

Raspberry Lemon Cookies - Lemon sable cookie decorated with a raspberry glaze and a dried rose petal

Care 

Our cake are best consumed on the day of delivery for optimal taste. It can be kept for 2-3 days and must be stored in the fridge, although the longer it is kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.

Our cupcakes can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exception is Violet Lemon, which should be consumed on the day of delivery as it contains lemon curd.

As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.

Our cookies can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.
