Traditionally reserved for special occasions and celebrations, these spiced, crisp biscuits are our version of the Dutch classic shortcrust cookie. Made with a house blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and other spices, each biscuit is enveloped in the smokey, caramel flavour of molasses - a wonderful treat that we're glad we can enjoy any time of the year now.
