Each box includes an assortment of 2 of our Monthly Special cupcake - Raspberry Rose, 2 Dark Chocolate Ganache cupcakes with handpiped buttercream flowers in orange or dusty pink coloured Lavender frosting, and 2 Vanilla Bean cupcakes with a "To my love" handpiped message.

For same-day orders, we are unable to accommodate requests for cupcake flavours in your Say It With Flour Box.

Flavours

Raspberry Rose - Rose cake with a raspberry whipped cream centre, topped with rose water buttercream and finished with a fresh raspberry and dried rose petals.

Vanilla Bean - Light cocoa buttermilk cake topped with a cream cheese frosting.

Dark Chocolate Ganache - Dark chocolate cake topped with 70% bittersweet dark chocolate ganache covered in crunchy Valrhona cocoa nibs

Care

Our cupcakes can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.

As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
