CUPCAKES
Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exception is Strawberry White Chocolate, which should be consumed on the day of delivery as it contains fresh fruit in the centre.
As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
TEA & LOAF CAKES
Our tea & loaf cakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the tea cakes are butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
LAYER CAKES
Carrot Cake, Lemon Meringue, Chocolate Truffle, Peanut Butter Bananas, Salted Caramel Mascarpone
This layer cake is baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note that as our whole cakes are refrigerated to set, they will need to be taken out of the fridge at least 1- 2 hours before consuming in order for it to come down to room temperature and soften in texture.
Strawberry Shortcake, Black Forest Cake
This layer cake is baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note that as this cake is made with chantilly cream and fresh fruit, it should be stored in the fridge until it is to be consumed and is best enjoyed chilled.
Raspberry Violet Cheesecake, Basque Cheesecake
This cheesecake is made with dairy and fruit and, for optimal taste and shelf life, should be stored in the fridge at all times. It may be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled, depending on your preference for cake texture.
