We are preparing for the next stage of growth—expanding our store footprint, building our team, and strengthening our online channels. This raise will allow us to do so in a focused and sustainable way.

Yes, we are currently operating profitably, and have done so through a disciplined approach to revenue growth and cost management. This raise is not a response to financial distress, but a proactive step to support our next phase of expansion and invest in the systems and capabilities that will sustain long-term growth.

4. What type of investor are you looking for?
We are seeking private individuals who believe in our brand and mission, and who are excited to play a strategic or advisory role in our journey.

5. What kind of investment structure are you offering?
We are raising funds through a convertible note. More details will be shared with potential investors after they complete the Expression of Interest form.

6. What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimum investment is S$300,000.

7. Can I learn more about the company’s financials or plans before investing?
Absolutely. Once we receive your Expression of Interest, we will be in touch with eligible investors to share the investment memo and provide further details.

8. What kind of updates or reporting can I expect as an investor?
We consider our investors as partners on our next-phase growth journey. While this is a private round and not a traditional VC raise, we intend to provide investors with at least annual updates on business performance and key milestones.
