Butterscotch Banana Cake (Slice/Whole)

A brown sugar pound cake baked with fresh banana and walnuts, drizzled with butterscotch sauce and dressed in a crown of dried banana chips. 

Available as a single slice or as a 9" inch whole cake that yields approximately 10 - 12 slices.

As whole loaf cakes take longer to prepare, do note that we will only be able to dispatch your order 120 to 180 minutes from the time you place your order (instead of the usual 90 minutes).

Care & Allergens

Our tea cakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the tea cakes are butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
