Flavours

This Box of 6 contains three each of the following cupcake flavours:

Sea Salt Pandan Kaya - Brown sugar cake on a pandan cookie base with a centre of salted butter custard and Ya Kun kaya topped with a sea salt kaya buttercream and finished with a dollop of salted butter custard and kaya and a piece of coconut pandan cookie

Chocolate Rice - Chocolate rice-studded butter cake with a mascarpone chantilly cream and whipped dark chocolate ganache centre, frosted with more whipped dark chocolate ganache and finished with a generous coating of chocolate rice

Contains wheat (gluten), dairy, and eggs.

Care

Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.

As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
