The flavours are S’mores and Salted Ricotta Nutella. Each of these special flavours is inspired by seasonal ingredients and festivals.

Flavours

This Box of 6 contains three each of the following cupcake flavours:

S’mores - A graham cracker base beneath chocolate cake with a dark chocolate fudge centre, topped with toasted Marshmallow meringue frosting and a homemade honey graham cracker.

Contains gluten, wheat, eggs and dairy. Does not need to be consumed on day of purchase.

Salted Ricotta Nutella - Dark chocolate cake with a Ricotta cheesecake swirl, filled with salted ricotta and a generous dollop of Nutella, topped with a Nutella swirl cream cheese frosting and chocolate cake crumbs.

Contains nuts, gluten, wheat, eggs and dairy. Best consumed on day of purchase; will not be available for purchase on Tuesdays.

Care

Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exceptions are Strawberry White Chocolate and Salted Ricotta Nutella which should be consumed on the day of delivery.

As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
