Serving Size

The Standard party platter includes 16 pieces and is suitable for 6-8 pax gatherings. The Large party platter includes 34 pieces and is suitable for 10-16 pax gatherings.

    Candied Orange Roasted Marshmallow cupcake - Spiced orange-ginger cake filled with a centre of candied orange compote and dark chocolate fudge, topped with a chocolate coated candied orange slice dusted with gold dust.

    Dark Chocolate Kahlua Truffle cupcake** - Espresso cake filled with dark chocolate kahlua fudge, topped with a Kahlua- dark chocolate swirl frosting, chocolate nibs and a hand rolled dark chocolate Kahlua truffle.

    Iced Gingerbread cookies - Gingerbread cookies decorated by hand with royal icing in an assortment of nostalgic, festive designs.

    Mini Christmas Fruit Cake** - A citrusy dark brown sugar cake baked with candied orange citrus peel and raisins soaked in rum and brandy, brushed with rum and brandy, drizzled with an orange glaze and decorated with a festive mix of fresh and dried cranberries, rosemary sprigs, candied orange peel and hand-decorated gingerbread cookies.

    Mini Mince Pie* **Traditional fruit mince pie made with apple, dark and golden raisins, currants and a generous sprinkling of Christmas spice, brandy and rum, wrapped in our sweet pastry, topped with festive pastry stars and a generous dusting of icing sugar.

    Mini Christmas Stollen* **Spiced yeasted bread, made with rum and brandy soaked citrus peel and raisins and pure almond paste, and dusted with icing sugar.

    Mini Dark Chocolate Orange Christmas Loaf Cake **A dark chocolate loaf studded with sultanas, candied orange peel, dates and other dried fruit brushed with brandy, and glazed with a dark chocolate drizzle, topped with candied orange slices, blackberries, blueberries and dark chocolate shards.

    Contains gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts (marked by *) and alcohol (marked by **) in some flavours.

    Care

    Our cookies can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

    Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. As our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.

    Our mince pies are best consumed on the day of delivery. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. If kept for more than a day, we recommend storing them in an airtight container in the fridge and reheating them in the oven (or oven toaster) for a short while, until the pastry is crisp, before consuming.

    Our fruit cakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the loaf cakes are butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
