*Do note that the mini version of the Roasted Marshmallow Candied Orange will only have dark chocolate fudge and candied orange compote in the centre (no marshmallow fluff).

Serving Size

The Standard party platter includes 17 pieces and is suitable for 6-8 pax gatherings.

The Large party platter includes 29 pieces and is suitable for 9-14 pax gatherings.

    Roasted Marshmallow Candied Orange cupcake - Spiced orange-ginger cake filled with a centre of candied orange compote, dark chocolate fudge, topped with toasted marshmallow frosting and a chocolate coated candied orange slice dusted with gold dust.

    Peppermint Chocolate Marble cupcake - Chocolate-peppermint marble cake base with a white chocolate peppermint whipped ganache filling, a white & dark chocolate swirl buttercream, topped with chocolate shavings and a chocolate peppermint marble bark

    Iced Gingerbread Snowflake Cookie - Gingerbread cookies decorated by hand with royal icing in an assortment of nostalgic, festive designs

    Mini Pecan Dulcey Tart* - A butter sable crust filled with a pecan filling and baked with whole pecans, finished with a dulcey ganache and gold flakes.

    Mini Mince Pie*^ - Traditional fruit mince made with apple, dark and golden raisins, currants and a generous sprinkling of Christmas spice, brandy and rum, wrapped in our sweet pastry, topped with a classic pastry star. 

    Mini Christmas Fruit Cake^ - A citrusy dark brown sugar cake baked with candied orange citrus peel and raisins soaked in rum and brandy, brushed with rum and brandy, drizzled with an orange glaze and decorated with a festive mix of fresh and dried cranberries, rosemary sprigs, candied orange peel and hand-decorated gingerbread cookies.

    Mini Dark Chocolate Fruit Cake Loaf^ - A dark chocolate loaf studded with sultanas, candied orange peel, dates and other dried fruit brushed with brandy, and glazed with a dark chocolate drizzle, topped with candied orange slices, blackberries, blueberries and dark chocolate shards.

    All items contain gluten, dairy, eggs. Contains nuts (marked by *) and alcohol (marked by ^) in some flavours.

    Care

    Our cookies can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

    Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. As our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.

    Our sweet tarts should be refrigerated and can only be kept for 1 to 2 days from the day of delivery; although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.

    Our mince pies are best consumed on the day of delivery. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. If kept for more than a day, we recommend storing them in an airtight container in the fridge and reheating them in the oven (or oven toaster) for a short while, until the pastry is crisp, before consuming.

    Our fruit cakes and loaf cakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the loaf cakes are butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
