Lemon Meringue Layer Cake
Vanilla butter sponge cake brushed with lemon syrup, filled with housemade lemon curd, frosted with a torched Italian Meringue frosting and decorated with fresh lemon zest.
Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message and your choice of sprinkles by selecting the options available. Do note that if you opt for sprinkles on the top rim of the cake, standard toppers will be removed.
We are able to provide candles with your cake order; please indicate the quantity and size at check out. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.
This cake is available as a 6” round cake, weighing approximately 1kg and yielding portions good for up to 14 persons. Do note that our portion yield is based on event sized slices (1" by 2") and that our cakes are generally 3" to 3.5" in height.

Care & Allergens
Our layer cakes are baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note that as our whole cakes are refrigerated to set, they will need to be taken out of the fridge at least 2- 3 hours before consuming in order for it to come down to room temperature and soften in texture. This cake should be consumed at room temperature.
