Please note: Strawberries & Cream cupcake flavour will be replaced by Earl Grey Lavender flavour for orders for Tuesday fulfilment.

As our Mini Lychee Cassis cake is made to order, and we will only pack and prepare your order as soon as we receive it. Preparation time may take between 2 to 3 hours. Once the order is ready, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you and it may take an additional 1.5 to 2 hours to reach you, depending on your delivery location and the availability of delivery drivers. As a guide, you can expect to receive your order between 3.5 to 5 hours from the time it is placed (or 1pm at the earliest, if you placed your order before 9am). Thank you for your patience!

    Flavours

      Strawberries & Cream - Vanilla Bean cake filled with a centre of chantilly cream, meringue pieces and fresh strawberries, topped with strawberry swiss meringue frosting, and finished with fresh strawberries and a pair of meringue kisses.

      Butterscotch Honeycomb - Vanilla cake with a centre of honeycomb and butterscotch sauce, topped with a butterscotch swiss meringue frosting and a generous piece of homemade honeycomb.

      Scones - Classic mini scones made with French Butter.

      Raspberry Rose Cornet - Soft buttery brioche filled with housemade raspberry rose jam and a raspberry custard, finished with a raspberry white chocolate dip, freeze dried berries and dried rose petals.

      Lychee Cassis Cake - Vanilla genoise sponge layers brushed with elderflower syrup filled with blackcurrant lychee confit and lychee pieces, frosted with mascarpone chantilly cream and decorated with a buttercream flower. 

      Contains gluten, dairy, and eggs. 


      Care 

      Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exception is Strawberry White Chocolate and Strawberries & Cream, which should be consumed on the day of delivery as it contains fresh fruit in the centre.

      As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.

      Our scones can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature. Jam should be stored in the chiller once opened. 

      Our filled cornets should be consumed on the day of purchased and stored in the chiller if to be consumed the next day. We recommend keeping our cornets for not more than 1-2 days.

      Our mini Lychee Cassis Cake should be stored in the fridge until it is to be consumed and is best enjoyed chilled.
