Mango Passionfruit - Vanilla cake with dulcey crunchy pearls and a mango “yolk” filling coated in a passionfruit white chocolate 

Pistachio Strawberry - Pistachio-vanilla cake with a strawberry “yolk” filling coated with white chocolate 

Raspberry - Raspberry-vanilla cake with dark chocolate crunchy pearls and a raspberry “yolk” filling coated in a raspberry chocolate 

Care

Our cake truffles are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.
