Dark chocolate sponge layers brushed with a coffee syrup and filled with a hazelnut creme diplomat, caramelised hazelnuts and a hazelnut praline, frosted with a dark chocolate fudge frosting and finished with a crown of hazelnut creme diplomat, caramelised hazelnuts, crunchy dark chocolate balls and cacao nibs.

Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message by selecting the option available. 

We are able to provide candles with your cake order; please indicate the quantity and size at check out. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Please note that we require a minimum of 5 days' notice for this product.

Care & Allergens

This cake is baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note that as our whole cakes are refrigerated to set, they will need to be taken out of the fridge at least 20 minutes before consuming in order for it to come down to room temperature and soften in texture.
