Chocolate Truffle Layer Cake
Chocolate cake made with Valrhona cocoa powder, frosted with a rich dark chocolate truffle ganache and decorated with Valrhona cacao nibs and crunchy dark chocolate balls.
Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message by selecting the option available.
We are able to provide candles with your cake order; please indicate the quantity and size at check out. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.
This cake is available as a 4” (500g) and 6” (1.2kg) round cake.
The 4-inch yields 4 to 6 mini slices and the 6-inch yields 6 to 8 standard slices.

Care & Allergens
Our layer cakes are baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note that as our whole cakes are refrigerated to set, they will need to be taken out of the fridge at least 1- 2 hours before consuming in order for it to come down to room temperature and soften in texture.
