A citrusy dark brown sugar cake baked with candied orange citrus peel and raisins soaked in rum and brandy, brushed with rum and brandy, drizzled with an orange glaze and decorated with a festive mix of fresh and dried cranberries, rosemary sprigs, candied orange peel and hand-decorated gingerbread cookies.

Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Do note that our Whole Cakes are made to order, and we will only pack and prepare your order as soon as we receive it. Preparation time may take between 2 to 3 hours. Once the order is ready, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you and it may take an additional 1.5 to 2 hours to reach you, depending on your delivery location and the availability of delivery drivers. As a guide, you can expect to receive your order between 3.5 to 5 hours from the time it is placed (or 1pm at the earliest, if you placed your order before 9am). Thank you for your patience!

Care & Allergens

Our Christmas Fruitcake is best consumed within 1 to 2 days of delivery for optimal taste. It can be kept for 3 to 4 days, although the longer it is kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the fruit cake is butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
