Dark chocolate chiffon sponge brushed with salted caramel and filled with a whipped mascarpone vanilla cream and salted caramel crispy, frosted with a 56% couverture chocolate ganache, and finished with torched swiss meringue and chocolate shards.

Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message on a plaque. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Size Guide

Our log cakes are available in two sizes: 1kg (pictured) and 800g.

The 800gm log cake serves 4 to 5 pax, while the 1kg size serves 8 to 12 pax.

Care & Allergens

Our log cakes are best consumed within 2 days of delivery. They can be kept refrigerated for up to 4-5 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.
