Flavours
Raspberry Rose Cupcake - Rose cake with a raspberry whipped cream centre, topped with rose water buttercream and finished with a fresh raspberry and dried rose petals.
Black Sesame Miso Caramel Cupcake - Black sesame cake with a miso caramel whipped cream centre, topped with a black sesame-miso caramel swirl frosting and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
Mini Ispahan Marble Chiffon Cake - Lychee Raspberry marble chiffon cake with a lychee raspberry rose compote filling frosted with a raspberry and rosewater Swiss Meringue buttercream finished with fresh raspberries and gold dragees.
Mini Tiramisu Brownie - Dark chocolate espresso brownie with a layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and whipped mascarpone cream, finished with a dusting of cocoa powder, and a gold heart sprinkle.
White Chocolate Drizzle Cranberry Cookies - Round sable cookies with white chocolate and dried cranberries, finished with a white chocolate drizzle
Care
Our cake is best consumed on the day of delivery for optimal taste. It can be kept for 2-3 days and must be stored in the fridge, although the longer it is kept, the less optimal the taste and texture.
Our brownie should be stored in an air-tight container and can be kept for up to 3 or 4 days.
Our cupcakes can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exception is Violet Lemon, which should be consumed on the day of delivery as it contains lemon curd.
As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
Our cookies can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.
