Lemon Chia Seed Loaf

Lemon cake baked with fresh lemon zest and chia seeds, brushed thrice with lemon syrup and drizzled with lemon glaze. Finished with a sprinkle of chia seeds.

This cake can be customised with a hand-piped message; you will be able to indicate your desired message before adding this item to your cart. If you opt for sprinkles, do note that standard toppers will be removed. We are able to provide candles with your cake order; please indicate the quantity and size at check out. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Available as a 10" by 4" loaf cake and yields 6 to 10 slices.

Care & Allergens

Our loaf cakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal its taste and texture. As the loaf cakes are butter-based, they are best stored in an airtight box at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended as it will cause the cake texture to harden and never return to its original soft texture.
