Mini Sweet Tarts Box of 12

Petite enough as an individual portion, but generous enough for a tea party spread, our Mini Sweet Tarts Box of 12 offers you the choice of any of five sweet tarts in a box customised to your liking.

Each of our mini sweet tarts is approximately 3" in diameter. Do note that each flavour is available in multiples of 2 mini sweet tarts.

Flavours

Choose up to six of any of the following flavours:
Lemon Cream Tart - A handmade butter tart shell filled with smooth lemon curd and finished with fresh lemon zest.

Strawberry Custard Tart - A handmade butter tart shell filled with a layer of strawberry puree and a generous filling of hand-whisked vanilla custard, and torched a la creme brûlée to finish.

Apple Custard Tart - A handmade butter tart shell filled with stewed cinnamon apples and vanilla bean custard, topped with an oat crumble.

Milk Honeycomb Tart - A handmade butter tart shell filled with pieces of honeycomb and a smooth milk chocolate ganache, topped with a chunk of housemade honeycomb.

Salted Caramel Truffle Tart - A dark chocolate shortbread tart shell filled with layers of salted caramel and dark chocolate ganache, topped with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt.

Contains gluten, dairy and eggs; only Milk Chocolate Honeycomb does not contain eggs.

Care

Our sweet tarts should be refrigerated and can only be kept for 1 to 2 days from the day of delivery; although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. We recommend that the Strawberry Custard Tart is consumed on the day of delivery.
