Fresh Flower Posy/Bouquet - Shower mum with love with a bouquet of fresh flowers. Meticulous Ink Letterpress Greeting Card -  Add a finishing touch to your gift of sweet treats this Mother's Day with a luxurious letterpressed card by UK stationers Meticulous Ink. Illustrated, designed and printed in house at their studio in Bath, each card has been lovingly printed on a 1960 Heidelberg Windmill using only the finest oil-based inks onto a Walcot Wove 300gsm card, tucked into a matching tissue-lined C6 envelope. If you would like us to hand write a message in the card for you, you will be able to indicate your desired message prior to adding this product into your cart.


      Raspberry Rose - Rose cake with a raspberry whipped cream centre, topped with rose water buttercream and finished with a fresh raspberry and dried rose petals.

      White Chocolate Honey Almond* - Honey-almond cake with a honey butterscotch whipped cream centre, topped with a white chocolate almond buttercream and a piece of white chocolate almond bark.

      Almond Matcha Viennese Whirl Cookies* - These buttery shortcrust whirls made with Kyoto-Uji matcha are full of texture: melt-in-your-mouth and drily crisp with an ending of slight crunchiness from the addition of almond slivers.       Candied Flower Cookies - Hand cut, iced vanilla bean cookies decorated with candied edible spring flowers in an assortment of bright colours.

      Apple Frangipane Tart* - A pâte sucrée base filled with a sweet almond cream filling, apple slices arranged by hand to resemble a rose, a sprinkling of cinnamon before baking and warm glaze to finish.

      Our cupcakes are best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. They can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exception is Strawberry White Chocolate, which should be consumed on the day of delivery as it contains fresh fruit in the centre.

      As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.

      Our cookies can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

      Our sweet tarts are best consumed at room temperature within 1 to 2 days from the day of delivery. We would recommend storing the tart in the chiller if it is to be kept for more than 2 days and would suggest reheating prior to consumption in an oven toaster or microwave for optimal enjoyment.
