Roasted Apple Caramel Bourbon Log Cake

Available for delivery or self-collection from 17 November to 24 December 2023. Any order received for fulfilment outside of these dates will not be processed and a refund will be made.

Vanilla genoise, brushed with caramel-bourbon syrup, filled with vanilla bean mascarpone bourbon cream and caramelised apple, covered with a white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with white chocolate caramel bon bons, brown sugar cookie crumbles and gold dragees.

Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Size Guide

Our log cakes are available in two sizes: 1.5kg (pictured) and 800g.

The 800gm log cake serves 4 to 5 pax, while the 1.5kg size serves 8 to 12 pax.

Our log cakes should be kept refrigerated and can be kept for 4-5 days.
