Please note that our Banana Pudding Cupcake is not available for fulfilment on Tuesdays and will be replaced with a Milk Chocolate Banana cupcake.
As our Mini Raspberry Funfetti Cake is made to order, and we will only pack and prepare your order as soon as we receive it. Preparation time may take between 2 to 3 hours. Once the order is ready, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you and it may take an additional 1.5 to 2 hours to reach you, depending on your delivery location and the availability of delivery drivers. As a guide, you can expect to receive your order between 3.5 to 5 hours from the time it is placed (or 1pm at the earliest, if you placed your order before 9am). Thank you for your patience!
Flavours
Mini Raspberry Funfetti Cake - Vanilla butter cake studded with rainbow sprinkles, filled with a raspberry compote, frosted with a vanilla swiss meringue frosting and finished with rainbow sprinkles on the top and sides.
Dark Chocolate Marshmallow Cupcake - Valrhona dark chocolate cupcake filled with homemade marshmallow fluff, topped with fluffy marshmallow buttercream and finished with homemade chocolate-covered marshmallows.
Banana Pudding* - Vanilla cake on a cookie crust base filled with a vanilla bean and banana custard centre, banana Swiss Meringue frosting, finished with a banana chip and crushed cookies.
Vanilla Bean Iced Gems - Vanilla bean butter cookies piped with a piped coloured sugar meringue kiss on top.

Care
Our Mini Raspberry Funfetti Cake is baked with three layers of cake with frosting between the layers and on the sides and top. Do note that as our whole cakes are refrigerated to set, they will need to be taken out of the fridge at least 1- 2 hours before consuming in order for it to come down to room temperature and soften in texture.
Our Dark Chocolate Marshmallow Cupcake is best consumed on the day of or the next day of delivery for optimal taste. It can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. Our Banana Pudding Cupcake should be consumed on the day of delivery.
As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
Please note that our Banana Pudding Cupcake is not available on Tuesdays and will be replaced with a Milk Chocolate Banana cupcake.
Our Vanilla Bean Iced Gems can be kept 2 - 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature. We would recommend storing in the refrigerator if not consuming within the suggested timeframe.
